I haven't really got a plan apart from eat fruit, drink water instead of reaching for the junk, and to swim every day if possible.<br /><br />I've read in various places that it takes 30 days to create a new habit, so that's what I'm trying to do right now. Also helps that I'm not at home. I think the key though is finding balance. So crackers and cheese is okay but maybe there's another option that's better. I'm trying to find that "middle path" myself.<br /><br />Anyways, starting May 1st, I'll be starting a new health routine to kick my body to restart from it's plateau. Funny how "women's work" like housekeeping (ugh!) was never given calorie counts until women started doing the research. Most of it is as high as men's leisure activities like golfing.<br /><br />Can I ask if you are on any particular eating plan, way of eating, or however you want to describe it?
